Welcome to the Los Angeles County (LAC) Department of Homeless Services & Housing (HSH) Portal. You can use this portal to send referrals to specific LA County HSH programs.

Available Program Referrals:

• Countywide Benefits Entitlement Services Team (CBEST)
  For additional information about this program, please contact us at (213) 752-1900 or at CBESTSupport@hsh.lacounty.gov. If you’re unable to use the portal, download and complete this CBEST Referral Form (PDF file) and email it as an attachment to the address above.

Only registered users can submit referrals through this portal. To register, click the Register link at the top right of the page. If you already have an account, click Sign In. Please note registration approval may take up to one hour, so plan accordingly.

Once signed in, select your desired program from the menu above and follow the referral submission instructions for that program.
